The agreement between you and what-world-way for your use of the site and the tests.

1. Who we are
what-world-way is a three-part test service operated by Potentialisation Ltd, registered in England & Wales (see Company details). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Potentialisation Ltd; “you” means the person using the site.
2. Acceptance
By using the site, taking a test, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
3. Age
what-world-way is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site, take a test, or create an account. If you are under 18, please don’t use the service.
If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete any associated personal data. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact hello@whatworldway.com.
4. The service
We provide a three-part test built around three dimensions — your animal archetype (What), your home world worldview (World), and your way of moving (Way) — together with reading material, a personal portrait page, and tools for sharing and reflection.
Not clinical advice. what-world-way is a tool for self-knowledge. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Don’t use the results to make decisions that would normally call for a qualified professional.
5. Your account
You can take the test as a guest, or create an account to save your result. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access (hello@whatworldway.com).
As set out in section 3, you must be at least 18 to create an account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
If you unlock paid content as a guest, we create an account for you automatically using the email address you provide at checkout. You’ll receive a sign-in code by email and can return to your portrait at any time using the same address.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content (test items, scoring, portraits) for commercial reuse without our written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate-limits, or other technical safeguards.
- Upload anything that infringes others’ rights or contains malware.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of your test answers and any content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process that content as needed to provide the service — compute results, display your portrait, deliver service emails, and (in anonymised, aggregated form) improve the product.
8. Our content
The test items, archetype / world / way descriptions, framework copy, designs, code, and trade marks on the site are owned by Potentialisation Ltd or licensed to us. You may view and share your own result. You may not republish, reproduce, or build derivative products from the framework’s content without our written permission.
9. Pricing & payment
Some content is free; some requires a one-off payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and confirmed before you commit. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t see or store your card details.
9.1 30-day money-back guarantee
If the portrait isn’t what you hoped for, email hello@whatworldway.com within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked. One refund per account.
9.2 Statutory rights
Your consumer rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (and equivalent EU law) apply alongside the guarantee above. Because paid unlocks are digital content delivered immediately, the standard 14-day cancellation right ends when you click through to your unlocked portrait — but our 30-day guarantee gives you longer, with fewer conditions.
9.3 Refund mechanics
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 working days. If a payment fails, the unlock isn’t applied and no account changes are made.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
11. Availability
We aim for high uptime, but we don’t guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or free from bugs. We may change, suspend, or retire features; for material changes we’ll give reasonable notice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or decisions you make based on test results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (for example, liability for fraud or for death / personal injury caused by negligence).
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of someone else’s rights.
14. Termination
You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you’ve breached these terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, liability, governing law) will survive.
15. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Where the changes are material, we’ll notify account holders by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
