how we’re built
A non-profit, not a charity.
what-world-way is run by Potentialisation, a UK company limited by guarantee. There are no shares and no shareholders — no one owns it, no one takes a dividend, and it isn’t built to be sold. Any surplus goes back into building the assessments and reaching more people.
We’re not a registered charity — and that’s deliberate, not an oversight. Charity status brings a layer of regulation and overhead that suits organisations whose main business is fundraising. Ours isn’t. We’d rather keep things straightforward and spend our effort on the work itself.
