Universal care, fairness, ecological consciousness
At your best, you are empathic, inclusive, and genuinely attuned to people across lines β and to the natural world too. You create spaces where people feel genuinely seen, including the parts they usually have to hide.
You're the one who notices who's not speaking, who's been left out, whose perspective hasn't been considered. You feel injustice done to strangers as viscerally as injustice done to people you know. The forest is the world's lungs β what we do to the natural world matters as much as what we do to each other.
People count on you to notice them β really notice them. To advocate for fairness when nobody else will. Your empathy is what keeps groups warm and connected, instead of going cold and transactional.
FS (Green) Β· Community / fairness
Forest sits at Graves' FS level β later called Green. It's the communitarian, egalitarian worldview: every person matters, every voice deserves a hearing, and a group is only as well as its most overlooked member. Feeling, fairness and belonging come before hierarchy and competition. People here widen the circle, build consensus, and measure success by how seen and cared-for everyone is.
Plenty of people sit between two or three Gravesian levels rather than landing cleanly on one β the home world names the centre of gravity, not the whole of where you live.
