About

Traits and temperament are the relatively stable patterns in how you think, feel, and behave across situations — the pace and colour of how you show up, more than what currently motivates you or how you feel this week.

That is different from motivation and roles (What on the portrait), from skills you have learned (strengths and capabilities), and from a short mood or wellbeing check-in.

Background

This area is where people look for familiar personality language. The Big Five is the main research standard. Jungian four-letter types and DISC-style grids are common in business. High sensitivity (HSP) names a temperament pattern many people recognise.

The www way

Our main path here is Way: eight named ways of moving, built on Big Five–shaped ground, with high sensitivity reflected in Keen. Glimpse Way is free and short. Insight Way and Deeper Way use more questions for accuracy and finer detail.

We also host a free Jungian test for people who want the four-letter sixteen personalities result. It does not replace Way.
